This will be my first attempt at the WHW race.  I normally don't run unless I have something to train for, usually one ultra a year which I do for charity.  My longest ultra has been a 100 miles along flat canal tow path!  

I did the Fling 2011 and I know I'm going to have to get cracking with the training for next June as I am under no illusion's that it will be tough.
