Really looking forward to WHW 2012 - all being well this will be my 3rd.

I look up ultras back in 2010 & feel very fortunate to be able to run & enjoy 95/100 mile races; the energy, humility and joy that I receive are very difficult to convey as they're so personal but needless to say the friends, experiences and life affirming events such as watching the sun rising up over Conic Hill or the trail of runners lamps meandering their way up to Col du Bonhomme take some beating.

Once again just hoping to finish, though if can then aiming for sub 20 .......
