I took up running in 2008 to lose some weight after excessive drinking at uni to get fit so i could play Shinty competitively again but ended up getting the so called running bug and it has taken over my life!

This will be my 3rd WHW race and this time I will remember the bus fair so i don't have to run home after I finish the race!!!!
