Cut off times?

I'm sure I'm being really dim but I can't find the cut-off times in the race info. Can someone remind me what they are (or point me to the right section)?
I just want to know if I'm going to need the *really* pointy stick to goad Karen along or whether just an ordinary pointy stick will do.
